If i train a bowler who 19 or really young to a batter and a bowler so i kept putting him on batting technique would he turn into a all rounder and would it change into a alroudning icon

I would also like to know if this is implemented, or if not if it's being considered for future versions. I have Ed Joyce as my part-time bowler, but he steadily picks up wickets in matches. Would that in some way make him recognised as an all rounder by the game or not? What about a bowler who, say, is able to maintain an decent average over the course of a season?

It would be interesting to find out if it has any effect on the game or not.

Think I read somewhere that it is not possible on this game. But I think a few people askd for it to be implemented for the next one.
