Batting help

when i am batting i have noticed two images that i can click and they change... i have circled them in the picture below

The bat: clicking it brings about a green tick mark. The checked batsman would try to take more of the strike. Useful when batting with the tail or a batsman low on form until he plays himself in.

The chain: clicking it disrupts the chain. What the chain does is make it so that your batsman's aggression applies to both bowlers from either end. Disrupting that chain lets you choose the batsman's aggression individually so you don't have to manually do it every over. Example: Bowler A is giving you a lot of unplayable deliveries but Bowler B leaks a few runs. Disrupt the chain and select a lower aggression for A and a higher for B.
