Is there currently an editor that can be used for 2008? I know there are versions for older games but I couldn't find one for the latest one.

Over on Planetcricket there is talk of them making an editor and have made a few breakthroughs but this could take a long time to make. Apart from that there is none currently made and I don't think that one is being made.
