As being a T20 only captain is a big part of the English county game, we should have the option to be captain of a county team for only T20 as some people prefer having a go in only T20.

I think that something like this has been raised before (but maybe not for this version), and I think the consensis was that having the option to play as captain in OD, FC or T20 (or any combination) would be interesting, as would being able to captain at in international level with the same options.

If they owned the rights to do so, I suppose they could...

You could just skip those matches...

By skipping, you have players who have no form etc.
T20 only would just be a fresh competition...

yes by skipping matches players become out of form
and its very difficult to make them in form
so there should be a t 20 event where we start the game with only t20:p

I suggested something similar for the international level where you can choose which side to captain and perhaps get offered the test captaincy at the end of each season if you play well. Would be nice if thise was implemented
