Hey guys ive just started playing this game and i'm hooked. I've got afew questions though as my teams started to slump abit.

First off with the technical training, if it shows 0% on a player for awhile is it ever going to work or should i look to changing it over to someone else? I currently have afew junior players who have been trying to train some things for quite awhile and are still on 0%.

Next when bowling how do you guys usually use the aggression? So far i've been starting on about 4-5 then dropping to 2-3 if i don't get early wickets. IS that how i should be going? I'm also just bowling the opposite of the batters strengths (bowl leg side if their strong offside). I'm also wondering how much you guys vary your line and length? Should i just run it through some overs in set spots or change it up every over?

Next question, it seems my players start the season off well (i'll win afew FC games by an innings and 3-4 players will make 100+) but then about 4-5 games into the season they still show in form on the training page but they just crumble in game. IS their something i should be doing to stop this? The batsmen start going out for under 20 in FC even if i start them out on v.defensive.

I;m also wondering how you guys develop your young players, in the aus league should i be playing them in my games, in seconds, or just rest with training?

Thanks for any help guys.

edit: i also find if i set hightlights to show 4s+wickets it seems my batsmen go on to make much bigger scores then if i set it to wickets only, is this ment to happen?

If I remember correctly, the bit that shows the training effect is the effect on form, whihc is only through the practice options as opposed to the technique training ones. It's only the days trained that matter in technique training. Keep going with them.

With the bowling, for me it is more about the fielding than the line and length you bowl. If you bowl against someone very strong on the offside, by all means aim at leg stump, but make sure you have leg side catchers as well.

Maybe, just before this point in the season, you should focus a bit more on getting your best players into form with nets training, and maybe blooding some new players to keep some players on their toes.

That's a toughie. It honestly depends on what you want. You sometimes get regens playing for their country by 22 or so if you play them in your team, so I would say that it is best to play them, but if they aren't good enough yet, play them in seconds. Sustained rest will not help them afaik.
