trying to reinstall..

I had to reinstall my windows so now im trying to reinstall ICC2008 i got my license details in my mail but when i try to activate new installation it says the license key is invalid or something. does anyone know who i can contact to sort this out for me please?

i get an error like this:

Activation Failed

Activation Code not recognized. Please check that you have entered the details correctly.

If it's activation related I'm assuming you'll need to contact Softwrap about this. Go to their website www.softwrap.com and find a contact email or phone number.

Cannot find the telephone number the one on their website does not seem to work as they say no one is available. but i have contacted them Via email so hoping to some sort of reply as soon as possible.
