Want growth and talent

Sometimes we sign youth players but we don't know their growth or talent . Some players become good player , some of them are waste of money .

Some youth players take 90,000 salary and some 20,000 in future

i want a talent or growth sign like 1 to 5 star in the new cricket captain 2009 .

Your suggestions are fine about selecting youth players but I think real charm is in exploring not to select some one by visualizing the ability .You get the form of youth players in last 12 matches ...just try 2 figure out from that statistics just have some gut feeling.......For me real charm of the game is to select youth players with the form provided

same as habib. Have to say that seperating everyone into 5 levels is not something that really happens in cricket. And this game is trying to be as lifelike as possible.
