I recently bought a laptop and have not played my 2008 version on there. Does the ICC series, and more importantly the new 2009 one, work on laptops?

I don't have specific technical know-how, but I'm not sure why it wouldn't work on a laptop, as long as it's got a CD drive.

I play mine on a laptop and its awsome and works fine, my update with vista does not work any suggestions please
Why people buy laptops ? I have a good PC and I play all the great games . Never want to buy laptop in my life .
I think I know how to play in laptops . But it's not allowed to talk about it here .

2008 works fine on my laptop, though the graphics can be stutter about a bit. Integrated graphics cards/chips are often problematic with many games, the new Football Manager has a problem with many integrated chipsets. I can't say anything about 2009s compatibility with laptops and integrated chipsets as I've not used it or heard anything from Chris about it. My presumption, and this is only that, a presumption, is that you'd be okay with a laptop. The game isn't the most demanding piece of gaming software out there, I don't expect any problems with my, nearly 3 year old laptop.
Please don't take any of the above as a confirmation that 2009 will work on a laptop's integrated chipset, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

Amyn, have you read through all the help stickies in the 2008 forum for the patch?

I finally decided to try the 2008 version on my laptop. Works fine, although it changed my permanenet resolution and I had to change it back. But other than, it works fine.
