Opening game files

Can someone please give a link to a programme that can open the saved .cap game files. Help appreciated Thanks

i heard someone can edit the difficulty level so i am wondering if i can enable the file to play online because ive put in that patch that stops it being valid.

Tampering with the file will make it invalid, on-line. Just start a new save. If you still have some of those trainer's/add-ons and you haven't go rid of them. You may need to re-install to be able to play on-line.
