Accuracy vs defensive bowling

What exactly is the difference in technique training between accuracy and defensive bowling technique?

I think defensive bowling refers to their aptitude/usefulness when you put them on lower bowling aggression levels during a match. Accuracy refers to their overall ability to control the flow of runs. I wouldn't know for sure though because, with few exceptions, I keep my young bowlers on General Technique training (same with batting).
