Error in Online Game

Im currently in the middle of a Online game but I cannot continue atm. I just clicked for the next over and the usual "waiting for Opponent to decide tactics" has appeared, i thought for a while that he was just taking his time but then in the chat log hes asking me to hurry up. I cannot answer as the "waiting for Opponent to decide tactics" screen is on top. Its been like this for about 15 minutes and i dont want to exit as it will count as a disconnected.

i am having a problem today were games keep disconnecting after 3-4 overs in the match. Everyone is having it to my knowledge. In ICC 2006 i remember 2 days were no one could log in. So it might just happen. Try later.

Yeah ive had many games disconnecting today it was just that the person i was playing was callling me a cheat for not taking my turn even tho i had
