Is the development of players any different from ICC 08? as in the previous version all the regens develop at the same pace (adding around 50 skill points per year with little variation ,found it by extensive usage of the editor) so is there any change in ICC09 regarding the players development ,is it different for different players? like its not necessary that players with greater initial talent will develop slower or faster than player with low initial talent? In short is there any potential attribute this time for player development?
