i sent softwrap an e- mail over the weekend

i got a reply in the middle of this afternoon which did not help me at all, having expected a reply this morning

this means i have a game i still cannot play that i have paid for

i expected another reply promptly which never came today

this is terrible service!!

btw does 1 licence cover any no of users on 1 pc

it appears this may be my problem as when i try to get a third desktop user working it deletes all shortcuts and will not work

Any software should be installed by the administrator of the PC, if that is the problem you are having.

Your license will work on one PC and one other PC/laptop. You should only need to install it once on your PC if you are the administrator.

Can you give me a run down of your problem, what you asked Softwrap, what they said, etc?
