i sent softwrap an e- mail over the weekend
i got a reply in the middle of this afternoon which did not help me at all, having expected a reply this morning
this means i have a game i still cannot play that i have paid for
i expected another reply promptly which never came today
this is terrible service!!
btw does 1 licence cover any no of users on 1 pc
it appears this may be my problem as when i try to get a third desktop user working it deletes all shortcuts and will not work
